Ready for baby

I feel really bad because I am 28 weeks now and I don’t have anything set up for my baby. I don’t even have everything we need for her bought. My boyfriend and I are working full time and I’m going to school so time wise we are struggling to get things ready and we’re also struggling a little financially because we are 18 and didn’t have a ton of money before we found out we’re having her. Does anyone have advice or like a date that everything should be ready for her by?
