Cramping at 30 weeks???

It’s been a day since I found out I tested positive for Covid and I don’t know if this has to do with the lower abdomen cramping I’ve been having for about 45 minutes. My doctor said if I have more than 4 contractions today to call them but it hasn’t been contractions just nonstop cramping. Should I call my doctor or wait it out to see when the cramping stops? I’ve heard covid can cause preterm labor. But I also don’t know if it could be round ligament pains.
