Do I have a reason to be irritated with neighbors?

Picture below helps! I am the blue house and my neighbor is the red. There is not parking on their side of the street because it’s all fire line, so we have a lot of people park in front of our house. Not a problem, but the neighbors always pull into our drive way to make a Uturn and park. Very irritating to me because a few houses down is a round about for people to do that. They can also go straight when entering the neighbor and drive like 40 seconds more so they’re on the correct side of the road. My daughter and her cousins or friends are out and about playing sometimes and I have a fear they will be drawing with chalk abd they will pull in to the driveway when they’re playing. They do this everyday. Should I have a reason to be mad? Should I say something?turn around.
