Sudden acne? Help?

This year I just randomly started breaking out, I’ve tried everything from differin to birth control to changing my diet and I’m still breaking out. I had pretty clear skin and then I suddenly broke out🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I got pregnant in April, had an abortion In may and started messed around with many birth controls until I found one that worked (tri sprintec) but now I have to get off of it and get on the mini pill (norethindrone) because of my migraines. 
What can I do to help my acne?

Change your pillow, have you taken any kind of supplements, perhaps you are having a reaction to biotin, it can cause acne. Food and beverage that has caramel coloring can break you out, it can be hidden and things like salad dressing it doesn’t necessarily have to be dark colored sodas in that kind of thing, soy can also break you out, read the labels. Everybody has a reaction to different things, I was never allergic to soy, but then I started breaking out on my nose every single time I would eat it, and then it would go to my mouth area. Could be a lotion, detergent, fabric That you were coming in contact with, a side effect of the medication, hormonal imbalances, Try drinking more water, maybe a soap is causing it, you’ve just got to figure out and read labels.
