acne ???

so i used to take a birth control for 3 years with estrogen and progesterone but then i stopped becuase my gyno retired and didn’t fill my package then i started breaking out a little, not terrible, but then i started a progesterone only one because i have high blood pressure and my skin has never been worse. do i just stop taking it to see if it’s the pill for sure or should i continue til i get used to it ? or ask for a different thing ?
