So what is considered a period? I’m spotting but it’s a small amount like one when I wipe... I am a WHOLE month late for my period all negative pregnancy tests.. i just start spotting yesterday

I wouldn't see a doctor personally but always check with one if you're worried. 
 I'd see how it goes as it might turn into a period. It's not unusual for periods to go crazy after birth control unit they settle. 
My doctor won't do anything unless I go three months without a period.

I took my NuvaRing out the end of September had 2 regular periods and now idk
