Ovulation test question

So my tests have been getting dark but not positive (the control line is darker than the test line, but it's very close to being positive)

This morning it was the darkest it has been but still not positive. I took one this evening and it's dark still but lighter than the one this morning.

Should I count the test this morning as positive? And when should I BD?

I've attached a photo of my tests through the premom app. The app makes the results look positive but in person it wasn't.
