Ttc + marijuana = ?

Question

I have Crohn’s disease and was just released by my dr to start ttc again (after a mc in 2019 and a long year of waiting to start trying again). He wanted my inflammation marker to go down in my blood work and it finally did! Problem is.. I was using marijuana to help with the side effects of the disease and now I’m in the tww. But with terrible stomach pain and I’m fighting really hard to not smoke.😖😩

There’s not really enough research to prove if THC can make it harder to get pregnant or not. 
However, there is research that shows its not safe during pregnancy and can be harmful to the baby.
If you do get pregnant, it’s very important to quit smoking or ingesting any marijuana.
But it’s fine during your tww. Good luck!

Are you on an anti-inflammation diet?? I don’t have chrons but I do have other auto immune issues and deal with chronic inflammation and finding my food triggers really helped me get the inflammation under control.

I would avoid it during your 2ww personally. If you do get pregnant you will need to find an alternative anyway
