TMI Cyst or pimples from TTC

Me and my husband are TTC and I keep getting large pimples right on my labia majora in the same spot. It’s not painful but this month same thing after our week of baby dancing and this time it’s more cyst like and bigger.

Do I go get this checked out or it’s just from all the baby dancing. I shower every morning but maybe have to shower before sex?

Anyone else have this from too much sexy time?
