Banana shaped gestational sac

Hey mamas/mamas-to-be! I had my 1st u/s yesterday. I'm measuring 6w1d. Little bean has a strong heartbeat.... heart rate is 120. The scan was abdominal and I had a very full bladder which the tech even commented on. She said all looked good but then I posted my pic on another forum and a women asked if they said anything to me about the abnormal sac. Anyone else have a sac that looks like mine around 6 weeks? I read it could be from the pressure of the bladder. I also read it's a sign of miscarriage so I'm freaking out. Any input is appreciated.
