Blue ridge mountains

I went to plan a couples getaway and stay at a cute airbnb that has mountain views and plenty of private woodsy area to hang out in the yard

I care more about chilling and exploring the outdoors drinking wine rather than being out spending money

So I’m looking at Airbnb’s and I want to find what’s the cheapest town that often goes overlooked that is just as pretty? Like it doesn’t necessarily have to be Asheville or whatever is the most well known city to stay at

Im looking for a little town that often goes overlooked that has just as nice views and cheaper because tourists usually go elsewhere

Any suggestions? (Looking for more North Carolina and potentially Georgia. not Tennessee)
