Hey girls so I’m new with the ring and I just wanted to make sure I take it out on day 21 and not day 22 right? I saw somewhere someone said u keep it on day 21 and take it out day 22 so now I’m a little confused. My doctor just told me to take it out on the 3rd Sunday with the ring and put it back on a week later so please help me?
