Gyno and birth control

Ok so my first gyno appointment is at 1:30 today and I'm super scared I want to get the arm implant. I have gad and so I keep having panic attacks. I feel like shes going to tell me I'm pregnant with every known STD ever. Like what should I expect? Will I get the implant today? I'm just scared and cant talk to my mother about it. She loves telling people I'm a virgin (and any other intimate details of my life) but I'm not. Also does anyone know if the implant helps with chronic migraines?
