Car seat and stroller?!

Question

When should you have your car seat and stroller set up and ready to go? Just curious 
-I’m due in February still figuring out which one fits best with my family lifestyle

I picked this one because it has the bassinet as well so if you’re out with baby and don’t want to use the car seat you can lay them down! This one was also not super expensive!

I set up my stroller around 37 weeks because I was excited to play with it, but we didn’t actually use it until my son was around 3 weeks old. 
For the car seat it’s a good idea to practice installing it ahead of time, but we didn’t actually put it in the car until I was in labor. I think we first practiced around 37 weeks. I bought the infant seat when I was around 30 weeks because it was on sale.

I had mine set up at 36 weeks because if for whatever reason I went in to labor earlier than 37 weeks I was prepared
