herpes, pimple or ingrown hair???

sorry TMI!!!!!! (UPDATE: it’s molluscum) I’ve had these for a little over a week now and i’m freaking out. I’ve gotten bumps from shaving before but never this much. I popped two a week ago on my bikini area, they healed, thin hard white pus came out. I popped another yesterday (one in photo) and thin hard white pus came out as well. Today it looked like it still had pus so i stupidly tried to pop it again but the whitehead didn’t come out, only a little bit of blood and clear fluid when i tried to apply pressure. i don’t know if it looks like this now because i ripped my skin or if it’s something else. The others small one are only on my outer lips and look like they have whiteheads too but i’m still

super scared. they don’t itch or burn, my underwear irritate them however. the newly popped one only itched the day after i popped it for a little before i tried to pop it again but now it just hurts a bit. please please help, it’s bothering me so much and i’m not able to go to my doctor right now
