Acne after getting off birth control
Hello! My husband and I decided to that we wanted a baby last December, but I wanted to cleanse my body after taking birth control for one year. But last summer I started getting really bad acne including in places where I’ve never had acne before (my back) and my cycle is all messed up. Would you say it’s a hormonal thing? How could I balance my hormones naturally?
