Am I ovulating?

I have been cramping a bit today and just noticed egg white discharge but it is kind of stretchy as well. When you get those cramps does that mean you are ovulating and should get to work?

Even if you are cramping before ovulation, it means it’s coming. Sperm can last a couple days inside waiting for the egg, so it definitely wouldn’t hurt to start trying now. Our first pregnancy was successful by BDing every other day during the ovulation window.

No, it does not. You can have ovulation pain before, during and after actual ovulation. And as far of cm, cervical mucus does not determine ovulation, it only tells you if it’s fertile or non fertile cervical mucus. You can have any type or amount at any point in your cycle. You need to use opks to pinpoint ovulation and temp to confirm it actually occurred.
