Chances of pregnancy?

So I’m on the birth control patch. I usually switch it every Sunday night. I’ve been taking it for about 3 months now and I have no problems. Well last week, I was supposed to start my patch after my period, which would’ve been Monday. I didn’t put it on until Thursday because I didn’t expect to be sexually active. On Friday, I was sexually active and told him not to cum in me but it happened anyway. Today, I’ve been experiencing cramping on my left side near my pubic area, and I had spotting. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?
