Do you filter your water? And remineralize ypur water?

I purchased aqua true and it’s supposed to removed everything even good minerals and it comes with drops to remineralize 
Anyone else doing this? Im trying to be responsible but company nor Dr confirm its so annoying

We use RO water at home but my husband is very serious about coffee. Like roasts his own coffee, measures everything, etc. in the coffee community they are very opinionated about the mineral content of the water because it affects the taste. He bought tablets to add the minerals (for flavor) to the RO water. He uses it more did pour over as opposed to the espresso or drip. I don’t notice the difference because I don’t drink my coffee black but the coffee roasters community is pretty intense.

Depending where we are living, I filter for taste. The drops sounds very scammy. Unless you only eat iceberg lettuce, you get your minerals in your diet.

I use a Berkey water filter (also used Propur in the past). These are not supposed to filter minerals, but I add Trace minerals in as extra. You can definitely taste the difference and water taste better with the added minerals imo.
