How sensitive are FR Rapid Results?

Does anyone know the sensitivity of a First Response Rapid Results test? Has anyone had a blood test done the same day as taking a rapid result? Just trying to gauge what my HCG levels are at and if they’re increasing! ￼

I got a faint positive 2 days before my period! Which never happens with any other test.
