Pcos and miscarriage

Yesterday I had my second d&c, 3rd loss after being diagnosed with pcos. Emotionally I’m better than what I feel I should be partly because I knew something wasn’t right from the beginning. I just want to know if other women have had trouble keeping their pregnancy because of pcos. My dr wants to come up with a plan for when I’m ready to try again and that’s what I will do but for the time being I just want to know if there is anyone out there that has struggled with this.
