Mums of 2 kids

How tf do you cope? I’ve got an almost 5 year old and a 6 month old baby and today I’ve been non stop since 7am... it’s 6pm now and I honestly think the house would be tidier if I did nothing all day! My daughter will be crying while I’m desperately trying to get something done... while my son is constantly asking me to watch him do something. Baby isn’t sleeping through at all.... won’t even sleep without me. I feel like I want to scream and run away... I can’t stand the crying anymore. I don’t know if I can do this

Does anyone else feel the same? Or am I just a terrible mum?
