I would hope a man would always be a man, however in 2020 anything is possible with science and surgery! 😂
If you mean the more stereotypical "men will always be pigs/liars/cheats" then you're not finding the right sort of man.
They are few and far between but there are some stoic men out there.

If you're referring to stereotypical male roles in relationships, yes. You should forget that crap. Its 2020. Unless its agreed upon between the two of you, it should be assumed to be 50/50. Not just you doing the dishes and cooking because it's the womans job and not just him cutting the grass or taking trash out. You can do that too.

Yes men will always been men, but this should not be an across the board negative thing. If you are attracted to men you want those masculine traits, or else you would be attracted to women. Now some men can be horrible in a masculine way, and others can be wonderful in a masculine way. 
I suspect the real question you need to ask yourself is... Why have you so far in life always chosen men that make you so unhappy? You might need to change things up. Because you weren't specific I can't really give you advice. But for example maybe you need to stop going after "the bad boy" or men who "need to be fixed".

This is very vague in what you mean, But in my experience, the guys I have dated have all been quite different - some very tidy, some not. Some very outdoorsy, and adventurous, and others not. Some polite and gentlemanly and others turned out to be not so much. 
So no. If you know what you want from a guy, chances are there’s someone like that out there.
