Is it normal that i’m a very private person esp with family members? Like I don’t want many people visiting us, knowing our financial situation, even what we do throughout the day...

My husband was telling his grandmother that we recently opened up a credit card with Old Navy and saved a bunch of money doing it. I was upset about it because it isn’t no ones business but ours what we do. I think a lot of it has to do with family being so judge mental.

Is this normal?
