Added character to my baking sheet
Today my neighbor texted me saying she had a baking emergency. Asked to borrow two baking sheets. I let her know sure would just need them back by late tonight as tomorrow I was going to be baking.
She returned them later. Then sent me a text saying she added "character to one."
I went and grabbed the sheets and see she dented it. These were like new. I also don't have the means to replace them. So I am annoyed.
I was trying to be neighborly and now I am down a baking sheet for tomorrow. I honestly doubt I will borrow my stuff again. Would this upset you? I have broken borrowed items before and replaced them and apologized. Not replacing it nor apologizing is just rude in my opinion. What is your take on this?
Also if she were to ask to borrow things in the future what would you say?
