How to change my baby schedule?

Hey new moms and dads I’m new to this app. My name is Stephanie👋🏼 My son will turn 4 months this week coming up and his sleeping schedule has been taking a toll on me any tips or suggestions on how to change his schedule from day to night. 
P.s that’s us on Halloween

Sleep promotes sleep. Let baby sleep when they need to. Best thing to do is keep it noisy and bright during the day. At night time keep it dark and quiet. Start a bedtime routine. We have dinner, then bath, quiet time, bed. Eventually he will learn that nighttime is for sleep. I keep it dark ( just my phone flashlight on) even during feeds and diaper changes at night.

I downloaded this app just for that purpose, to log my daughters already natural schedule in hopes to slowly adjust it. It’s only been a week but her days are fairly consistent without me trying to change it but it helps me knowing what she needs especially with sleep

4 months is too young to have a schedule. Let your baby sleep when they want for how long they want.
