So much FRUSTRATION!

Valkyrie is, by my best guess, teething. It's been a week of increasing difficulties sleeping through the night, whining/whimpering, and avoiding the bottle. Checked her temp now at 99.5°. She chews on everything but not for long before she tosses it. I gave her some pain meds but that must have only lasted a few hours. She chomps on my fingers with great force, but I feel nothing sharp breaking through. I see no white or signs of teeth. How long is this going to take and how can I help!?
