Dog germs

So I had just washed the blanket that I lay down for my baby to play on in the living room. I wash it to get the dog hairs off and because we walk on it sometimes.

I’m not particularly worried about typical germs and pet hair but I had just laid the freshly washed blanket down and let my daughter do tummy time.

Later in the day I walked in to my husband cutting and sanding our dogs nails sitting in the middle of her play blanket. He was using a dremel nail file and dust was caked on his hands as he did it and nails and dust was all over this blanket. He kept remarking how much dirt was caked in the underside of her nails 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Well he vacuumed the obvious stuff with a hand vacuum and walked away. I was planning to throw that blanket in the wash right away but I was in another room and walked in later to him letting our daughter have tummy time and all her toys on that blanket. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I just don’t know if I’m overreacting or if I need talk to my husband about being a dumbass.
