Clogged Duct?

So my girl is 7 months now and I’ve never had any clogged duct/mastitis or anything like that from EBF. But I just noticed a tender lump on the top side of my boob that runs linear to my nipple....it feels like my whole boob usually does if I occasionally get engorged if I don’t BF at night because she sleeps through. It’s not red or painful though, just tender. How in the heck do I help clear it out? 
Everything I seen online said if it’s not gone in 48 hours it’ll turn into mastitis 😳. Hallpppppp!

Take a hot shower, try to massage it. Also try pumping.

Dangle pump or nurse! It will hurt. But trust me you want it gone before it turns into mastitis. Heat compress right before, hot shower, and soak the area in an epsom salt bath (you can use a haaka if you have one!)

I took a hot shower, let the hot water hit it directly for 10-15 mins. Then I immediately dangle pumped. Got them out everytime and I had bad ones!

Definitely all that’s mentioned above, hot shower, massage area, and dangle pump especially helped I had clogged ducts a LOT a few months back.

Thank you for the suggestions! I tried all of them last night and had no luck, but I’m going to continue trying today again. How many days until I should call my Dr? I’d rather try to catch the mastitis in the beginning before I have to miss a ton of work. 😩
