Should I take plan b?

Just had sex and the condom was only halfway on when he pulled out. He was going hard when he cummed and stayed in for less than a minute after he did. I was really wet when he pulled out and we got scared that the condom was only half way on and maybe leaked? I am not on birth control. Stopped taking it back in October because of all the side effects. App says I was ovulating today and chance of pregnancy is 22%. Should I take plan b?
