Depo Provera

I have been with my partner for 9years now. I had been on DepoProvera for 7years, and recently stopped all birth control 2years ago, however my period has only returned 2 years ago at 6months apart and usually 9+ days long at the time.. With varied flows.. So I've had it 4 times in the last 24months.. Does anyone else have this problem or something similar from being on DepoProvera? Does anyone have any tips on getting it regular?
