When are you transitioning baby into own room?

My son is 10 weeks in two days. It’s so hard sharing a room bc our room is so small so he’s right next to us, my boyfriend snores and it’s so hard to be quiet and not wake the baby. We haven’t woken him yet, but he will toss and turn when we move and I’m tired of playing ninja lol. However I’m not quite ready to move him... but when do you guys plan to? I wanted to wait till 6 months.

We moved her out of our room when she was 6 weeks old. She is such a noisy sleeper so we were getting no sleep 😣 since we moved her, we all sleep much better and she’s been sleeping longer stretches.

At least a year, but I love co sleeping, she sleeps in an in bed bassinet and sometimes will hold my finger while she sleeps.  She can stay forever 😂

We plan to keep baby in our room for one year per AAP guidelines

I moved my baby at 6 weeks. I know that is early but she instantly started sleeping better and longer stretches, and therefore I did too. Sometimes the baby sleeps better when she can’t sense or smell her food source haha (if you’re breastfeeding). It was the best decision, my husband and I didn’t have to tip toe and whisper,etc. I have a monitor and she’s only a few feet down the hall anyway.

I’d like to before 6 months, but if you have a sound machine and can sleep to that I’ve noticed it helps with not having to be so quiet with movements and my boyfriends snoring doesn’t bother her, just me lol if I could send him to a different room I would

Whenever we get a bigger place. Hopefully in the spring so around 6-8months. We're room sharing until we move cuz my big kids are in the other room and I don't want to put her in with them.

We still plan on six months, but it is pretty annoying to not have access to our room. Haven’t changed our minds yet though.
