Bacterial Vaginosis help? TMI

Hi guys I’m sorry this is definitely TMI but I would really apreciate some help stat with no judgement I’m so desperate 😭. Today I was in the shower and noticed clumpy dark grey discharge coming out of my vagina. (My new Medicare card -if you don’t know what it is it’s a card we have in Australia that enables us to get free medical care- has gone to the wrong address so I have to try and get it digitally. I went to the chemist instead and they gave me Fleurstat BV gel today, as the woman said it sounds extremely likely that it’s bacterial vaginosis. The lady told me if it hasn’t improved in a few days to go to a doctor but I looked up the symptoms and it has said zero about extreme clumpy ness. Should I wait to see the doctor or should I try my best to get my Medicare card digitally right now? Has anyone else experienced this? Thankyou so much!!! (I’m terrified)
