Would you still be close to your mom?

it’s my sons first christmas and we usually celebrate at my moms me & my man. we lost my dad 3 years ago and my mom became a alcoholic saying she’s not celebrating this year and don’t even go to her house because she’s not getting gifts and slammed my sisters door and knocked all my sons gifts down. I thought since it was his first christmas my mom would

care. i’m so depressed and my mom constantly is selfish and constantly cursing at us it makes me miss my dad more and more. What would you do ? P.S she refuses to get help.
