Is this normal

I am 36 weeks tomorrow had pad on all day and this is whats on pad no smell doesnt hurt when i wee and i would say doesnt look yellow or white for infection had period pains on and off all day with back pain what could this be or could it be infection any advice or help be good thanks sorry for the pics
