Headaches while driving?

Question

Anyone else get headaches when they drive or are in the car? I’ve never really had this before, but this last trimester and especially this last week it has been so bad. After even a 15 minute drive I get a horrible headache and eventually have to lay down or take a nap to feel better. I wear really good sunglasses so it isn’t the light and it can even be when I’m not driving. Does this happen to anyone else?

Check your blood pressure when you get these headaches 
Could be you are having a spike due to stress (driving can be stressful) also our vision changes while pregnant so it could be you may need glasses or a new prescription. The excess fluids can change the shape of our eyes. I can no longer wear contacts after I had my son because of it. Sometimes our vision returns to normal prepreg vision but not always.
I have to wear RX sunglasses when I drive or the sun and (now in winter the snow glare) just destroy me.
