So iam 4 1/2 weeks pregnant I just found out today and I don’t know what to do iam only 18 I don’t know how to do an ultra sound and where to go. Nobody knows other than my boyfriend obviously. Can someone help me

If your in the uk you can choose a hospital and do a self referral maternity form a midwife will contact you within 5 days

Call the hospital and say “I’m pregnant and I need to make an appointment with an obgyn” that’s exactly what I did! I was nervous but it was so easy. You’ll show up, ask someone where to go, and they’ll show you where to register and then tell you where to go. Honestly just tell them you don’t know where to go or what you’re doing and they will answer any questions and set you up for success! You’ve got this! Just be honest and don’t pretend you know what to do. They want you to be successful

Try googling “pregnancy clinic near me” if you’re not comfortable going to your family doctor. There are a ton of resources available for young women and they will be discreet. 
Also know - you don’t have to have everything figured out right now. It’s okay to be nervous or freaked out or any other emotion. You can do this!
