Sacroiliac Pain in Pregnancy

Anyone deal with sacroilitis/sacroiliac pain while pregnant?? I’m 34 weeks and it’s been constant for three weeks now. I work a job that’s awful on my back and legs (RDA); and being super pregnant isn’t helping.

My OB recommendation is PT but it didn’t help my last pregnancy and I have zero time to do it. The chiropractor seems to help but my appointment isn’t until Tuesday afternoon. I can’t even force myself to do yoga since I can’t move.

I can’t walk or move without pain. Even sneezing kills me. I also can’t lift my toddler (which breaks both our hearts).

Any encouragement or suggestions??
