Why does my absent baby daddy do this?

Why does the father of my children blame me for keeping the kids from him (his choosing to ignore them while having everyone believe it’s me keeping them away) even though I try to make things easy for him and he is continuously making choices that show me the kids would be better without him around. 
Does anyone else’s baby daddy play these games? Does anyone know why?

Because sometimes it’s easier to blame someone else, rather than accept it’s his own issue. 
Try and let go, and not let him get to you. If he wants to see his own kids, he’ll make the effort.

My oldest sons father does this. Hasn’t seen his kid in 7 years and acts like it’s my fault. I don’t allow him to see him. Even before the no contact he saw him 3 times in 5 years. He has my number, he knows where I live. Like come on dude. Get over yourself.

Because it’s easier for everyone to think he can’t see the kids vs he doesn’t want to. 
I have one of these and I just don’t initiate anything unless the children want contact. 
The sooner you let go of his drama and let him do whatever he wants anyway. You’ll be a lot more carefree and able to focus on your kids and your life. Vs what he is going to constantly spit out to his people who will obviously take his word.

Yup mine does because he is a narcissist asshole. He claims he does it all and I do nothing my kids barely see him once a month.
