Insurance and custody
I was told that if you're on the pregnancy medicaid and are a single mother that medicaid will go after the father for child support. I was just wondering if anybody knows how true this is. My baby's father and I are not together however I don't think I want to make him pay child support. I live in Indiana also if that makes a difference in the answer.
