How do you ladies deal with postpartum anger towards your spouse? I try so hard but I just get irritated at anything and everything and yes I’m very sleep deprived. My daughters a year and a half and she flips out every time I try to sleep in more or when I try to sleep alone. She’s very attached to me and her brother which I don’t blame her for anything I know she’s so excited and happy. I just need advice on how to work through my postpartum anger towards my husband. I don’t get any alone time and I don’t get to sleep in and it frustrates me that hubby does.
