Bissell Crosswave HELP

I’m pretty sure this is for baby products but I’m going to give this a shot anyways 🥴

My husband got me a Bissell Crosswave for Christmas and I feel like I’m using it wrong because it vaccinator fine but will NOT get my wood floors clean. Seriously every single spot that was on my floor before is still there after and I’m getting so frustrated. Is there a certain cleaner I should use...? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG 😭
