3 failed FET... advice?

I have unexplained infertility and have had 3 failed FETs. This month I had an ERA and was hoping I would get some answers. My results unfortunately came back receptive. All other tests I have done have all come back negative and no issues with my husband. I feel like I just keep running into brick walls.
I still have 7 embryos that were not tested. At this point, would you continue transferring and just hope and pray that eventually one will stick or PGS test the remaining embryos (knowing there are risks of the embryo potentially not surviving the thaw, refreezing and thaw again)?

If you have the capital to do another retreival, id PGT test those 7. Id also ask about some immunology testing (NKC, RIP, ANA, etc). It could be that they are looking in the wrong places.

Pgs testing without a doubt at this point, especially if nothing is found wrong with you and your husband... it could be something in the embryos... best of luck to you!

I say don’t risk losing embryos to refreezing and thawing. Unless you can do another egg retrieval. Just keeping going and since there nothing else negative going on just stay positive. It will happen.

I would do PGS testing. It’s worth it in my case After pgs testing 2 failed transfers got pregnant my 3rd FET with pgs testing. Even though it doesn’t guarantee a baby you do have a higher success rate. Wishing you the best.

What did your medicine protocol looks like before and after? Any changes? Were you activity limited at all? How are your clinics success rates? Any genetic testing on you and your husband? Single embryo transfers or any doubles? Yes, this is why I like to recommend PGT on the first go. You have 7, so it’s better than thawing 1 or 2 for testing, but there is the risk. I’m so sorry that you have no answers yet and that the transfers are not going smoothly 🙁
