I have to remain anonymous cause this is so damn embarrassing 😩 last couple of days my underwear has been wet (turns out from pee). And this morning I was sitting on the edge of the bed. When I got up there was a big wet spot. I check my underwear and realized I had peed myself without realizing 😳 usually it would happen if I sneezed laughed etc and I would feel pee coming out. Now there’s no trigger and I don’t feel it when I pee myself. Bring on the depends 😥🤫
