tmi question

I’ve never had a lot of sex in my life. I have 4 people I’ve slept with total, I’m 22 years old.. well I’m 7 weeks pregnant and normally I can feel my man a shit ton better but I’ve noticed certain positions I feel loose in, idk if he feels it or if it’s just me? Also I got less wet earlier and I’m not sure why it’s never happened before unless I was pregnant.. what do I do??
