I’m not sure what is going on .. help me please

I’ve been trying conceive since 2015.. it is now 2021.. Its been hard due to the fact my periods were irregular... for the last 3 months my period has came & ended when it’s scheduled too.. now they are back on track & everything

, So my last period was December 12th & it ended December 18th. My fertile window was December 22nd & ended December 27th. I had unprotected sex 5 out of the 6 fertile days. Is there a chance I could get pregnant? 2 days after my fertile window ended I was still having this slippery eggwhite discharge. It is now 4 days after my fertile window & and I’m having thick eggwhite discharge that’s slippery.. what does this mean?

I’m trying my hardest to get pregnant.. I’m tracking my periods, eating healthy , going to doctors appointments , etc.
