Period cramps!

I have had 1 period since my last pregnancy that was over a year ago now... according to that one period my next one would have been due December 17th but it didn’t come until last night, December 31st. So far this is the worst period cramps I have ever had!!! I have had 4 pregnancies and never experienced these types of cramps with a period before. They are almost debilitating, I find it hard to even walk! Anyone else experience this after pregnancy? My first one wasn’t this bad!!!
