Repeat birthday themes?

Question

Our son will be turning 3 and our daughter will be turning 1. Their birthdays are about 2 months apart. I’m debating if it’s okay to redo themes or share themes. 
For example, our son had a “one happy camper” theme for his first birthday. Would people side eye our daughter having the same theme for her first birthday? 
Or maybe we do similar themes for them both this year like “wild one” and “young, wild, and three” but separate parties. 
Our son had an Elmo birthday last year (shrunk way down due to Covid) and still loves Elmo, so maybe we should do Elmo again this year for him. 
Just wondering people’s thoughts.

Didn't know kids birthday parties needed a theme 🙄 
We are celebrating our 3 year old tomorrow, and the invitation was dinosaurs, napkins some animals he liked while at the store, I have some pink confetti from who knows, balloons a random 25pack at the store, all he cares for is the cake and presents.

I love wild one and three thats really cute and you could incorporate the pictures from both parties! But honestly it doesn't matter all that much as long as they have a good time 😊

I plan to have dino themed parties for my kid(s) for as long as he likes dinos. And we'll do it for my daughter is she's into them, too. Are there people that judgemental that they'll give you grief about a party theme?

Go for it! Repeat themes, share themes, anything goes! I’m usually drawn to colours more than actual themes and that means I’ll be doing a lot of repeating lol enjoy!

I think that's super cute and I dont think people would care if you use the same decorations. I wouldn't at all

I like your idea of using the same theme but switching it up a bit. I don't see why not. You can always add something extra to both to make it individualized
