0.4 alcohol and pregnancy

Im 32 weeks pregnant and drank de-alcoholized wine last night. at least half the bottle. Today I find out it is 0.4% alcohol and I feel so awful. I cried and am panicking.

Anyone been through something similar? Please no lectures.
