Literally so confused 🥺😞

Okay so back story about 2-3 weeks ago i got a faint positive, blood test came back negative then two days later positive, i bled a few days so thought ok miscarriage... then my numbers went up but didn’t double, close but not quite. Then they kept going up but only by like 10-20 points so still not doubling. Then they dropped 12 points last blood draw. Haven’t had any bleeding and that was 5 days ago that it dropped, i have another blood test this Tuesday to see what it says. pregnancy tests are still coming back pretty positive. And for reference my numbers were only 63 at the highest and now down to 51 or something like that. So if it was miscarriage I’d think the pregnancy test wouldn’t come back still soooooo positive like it should be getting lighter. I’m not sure what’s going on and they thought maybe ectopic but then my numbers dropped and until Tuesday i won’t know if they dropped again or what. Any one else ever experience something like this?? And it turn out ok somehow.. i have a pic of text from today for reference
